    Every employer is required to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee which must be constituted for all administrative offices which are separately located. An aggrieved woman can make a complaint to the aforesaid committee or to the Local Complaints Committee (as constituted by the appropriate Government), in case the former has not been constituted

    "According to the Sexual Harassment Act, sexual harassment includes, amongst others, any one or more of the following unwelcome acts or behavior:

    physical contact and advances;

    a demand or request for sexual favours;

    showing pornography;

    and any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.
