Filing and Maintenance Requirements
The owner, proprietor, manager or supervisor or in charge of affairs of a public place is required to ensure that the public place area is smoke free, a board as specified in the rules is displayed, ensure that no ashtray or lighters etc. are provided and display names of persons who violate the rule. Owners of restaurants may provide a separate smoking room in certain conditions as specified in the Rules.
Payment of fine as fixed.
