  • Filing and Maintenance Requirements

    The Company cannot sell any bulk drug at a price exceeding the maximum sale price as fixed by the Government.
    The Company must furnish to the Government,-

    (a) a list of all Scheduled bulk drugs produced by them
    (b) the details of the cost of each Scheduled bulk drug produced by them
    in Form I
    (c) a list of all non- Scheduled bulk drugs produced by them in Form I
    (d) the details of the cost of each non- Scheduled bulk drug produced by them in Form II

    The Company must also maintain the records specified.

  • Penalty

    Imprisonment with a minimum term of 3 months which may be extended to 7 years and fine
    Drugs in respect of which the Order is contravened to be forfeited to the Government
    Any packing, covering or receptacle in which the drug is found and any animal, vehicle, vessel or other conveyance used in carrying the drug, if the courts so orders, be forfeited
